Is it possible to highlight a word or a sentence, right click on it and have an option to "Enclose in Quotes".
Word and Outlook would benefit from this.

A macro containing the following commands will enclose the selected text in quotes.
 
With Selection.Range
    .Text = Chr(34) & .Text & Chr(34)
End With

How to Fix "Enclose in Quotes" with SmartPCFixer?
